J.D. McCarty Center's Conference Center offers a welcoming, accessible and flexible setting designed to help make your meeting, training, banquet or special event a success. With modern amenities, comfortable spaces and convenient parking, we make it easy to bring your event to life.
• Spacious, comfortable auditorium: Our 208-seat amphitheater-style auditorium features tiered conference desks across 10 levels, providing every guest with an unobstructed view. Each workspace includes a non-reflective surface, ergonomic swivel chair, power outlet and high-speed Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• State-of-the-art A/V technology: Make presentations and events seamless with our high-capacity LCD video projector, remote video cameras, broadcast and playback equipment and sound system; all conveniently controlled wirelessly from anywhere in the room.
• Accessible and inviting: The auditorium is fully accessible and provides a comfortable, professional environment for meetings, trainings, presentations and educational events. The spacious pre-function area features expansive windows and plenty of natural light, making it an inviting space for registration, displays, exhibits or vendor booths.
• Flexible conference and banquet space: Our 3,150-square-foot conference and banquet area can be divided into three individual rooms, offering flexibility for groups of different sizes and event needs. The space can accommodate up to 100 guests and features soundproof rooms, ceiling-mounted LCD projectors, automatic drop-down screens and sound systems. Its versatile layout makes it an excellent choice for meetings, trainings, receptions and banquets.
