In October
2004, the patients and staff of the J. D. McCarty
Center moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art
rehab hospital at 2002 East Robinson in Norman.
This new, 103,000 square foot facility replaces
an old hospital facility that was over 50 years
old and triples the size of the old hospital.
The
new hospital is located on an 80-acre campus
on the east side of Norman and we have some
exciting plans to develop areas of this new
campus that will allow us to expand our inpatient
and outpatient services that are natural extensions
of the kinds of creativity we use to treat our
patients.
These
plans will require private funding. Our development
department is always looking for groups, organizations
and individuals who are interested in supporting
one of our projects through a donation or fundraising
effort on our behalf.
